ADHD Testing

Clarity, Understanding, and a Path Forward

If you’ve been struggling with focus, organization, or feeling overwhelmed in your day-to-day life, you may be wondering whether ADHD could be part of the picture.

At Flourish Therapy Center, we offer comprehensive ADHD testing to help you better understand your experiences and take the next step with confidence.

Our goal is not just to provide answers, but to help you make sense of them.

What Is ADHD Testing?

ADHD testing is a structured evaluation designed to better understand attention, focus, executive functioning, and related challenges.

Our process looks at the full picture—including your history, current experiences, and how symptoms may be impacting your daily life—so we can provide an accurate and thoughtful assessment.

Signs You May Want to Be Evaluated

→ Difficulty focusing or staying on task

→ Trouble with organization or time management

→ Feeling easily overwhelmed or mentally scattered

→ Procrastination or difficulty completing tasks

→ Challenges with follow-through, even on important things

→ Restlessness or difficulty slowing down

These experiences can show up differently for everyone, especially for women and girls, where symptoms are often less obvious or misunderstood

Our Approach

We take a thorough, individualized approach to ADHD testing. This may include:

  • A comprehensive clinical interview

  • Standardized assessments and screening tools

  • Review of personal, academic, or work history

  • Collaboration with other providers when appropriate

We understand that seeking answers can feel vulnerable. Our team creates a supportive, non-judgmental environment where you can feel comfortable sharing your experiences.

What Happens After Testing?

Following your evaluation, we will review your results with you and discuss next steps.

If ADHD is identified, we will work with you to create a plan that may include therapy, skill-building strategies, and, if appropriate, medication management.

If ADHD is not the primary concern, we will help guide you toward other areas of support that align with what you’re experiencing.

Not Sure If Testing Is Right for You?

You don’t need to have all the answers before reaching out.

We can help you determine whether ADHD testing makes sense for your situation and guide you toward the right next step.
