    Audrey O’Neill, DNP, PMHNP-BC

    Audrey is a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) and board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) providing medication management for adolescents and adults. She has a special interest in working with young adults navigating anxiety, mood disorders, and eating disorders.

    She takes a holistic, collaborative approach—combining evidence-based care with a deep understanding of each patient’s unique experiences, values, and goals. Audrey’s background includes work in residential eating disorder treatment, substance use care, perinatal mental health, and community-based settings, allowing her to provide compassionate, developmentally informed support. As a former collegiate athlete, she also enjoys working with student-athletes.

    Outside of work, Audrey enjoys spending time with family and friends, writing music, playing piano, traveling, and trying new recipes.

  • Kimberly Loring, PMHNP

    Kim is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner providing medication management for teens and adults navigating anxiety, depression, overwhelm, and eating disorders. As a Health At Every Size® (HAES®) provider, she takes a weight-inclusive, compassionate approach focused on overall well-being.

    Kim believes medication should be used thoughtfully—as one part of a larger, personalized care plan. She works collaboratively with clients to create treatment that supports stability, clarity, and long-term balance.

    With a background as a Registered Nurse since 1996 and PMHNP since 2019, Kim brings both clinical expertise and a holistic perspective. She also has advanced training in CBT for Insomnia (CBT-I) and certifications in Forest Therapy, Yoga Nidra, Reiki, and Restorative Yoga.

    Outside of work, she enjoys spending time in nature with her dog and getting lost in a good book.

    Hannah Chapman, PMHNP-BC

    Hannah is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) providing medication management across the lifespan, with a focus on young adults. She has a particular interest in substance use disorders, anxiety and mood disorders, and eating disorders. As a Health At Every Size® (HAES®) provider, she takes a holistic, weight-inclusive approach to care.

    Hannah values collaboration—working closely with both her patients and their broader care team—to create thoughtful, individualized treatment plans. She emphasizes thorough assessment and utilizes tools such as GeneSight testing to help guide effective medication decisions.

    Her background includes nearly 10 years of acute bedside nursing at Brigham and Women’s Hospital, along with experience in outpatient and private practice settings. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and her Master of Science in Nursing (PMHNP) from Regis College. She also serves as adjunct faculty at Simmons University.

    Outside of work, Hannah enjoys spending time with family and friends, being with her bulldog Moe, exploring the arts, and photography.
