Angela Veri Babuschak is a South Shore–based registered and licensed dietitian, nutrition therapist, and certified Intuitive Eating counselor with over 25 years of experience. She also holds a 200-hour yoga teacher certification with a concentration in yin yoga and is a trained meditation facilitator.

Angela began her career in medical nutrition therapy and has since pursued extensive training to support individuals navigating disordered eating and eating disorders. Her approach is trauma-informed, weight-neutral, and highly individualized, grounded in a Health at Every Size® (HAES®) philosophy and Intuitive Eating principles. She also integrates mindfulness practices into her work to support deeper connection and healing.

Angela is committed to creating a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment, guiding clients toward food freedom and a more peaceful relationship with their bodies.
