Our clinicians are trained in a variety of proven therapeutic methods and may integrate multiple approaches depending on what will best support your progress.

  • EMDR is a structured, evidence-based therapy designed to help process and heal from traumatic experiences. Using bilateral stimulation such as guided eye movements, EMDR helps the brain reprocess distressing memories so they feel less overwhelming over time.

  • We specialize in supporting individuals struggling with eating disorders and disordered eating. Using a Health at Every Size (HAES) approach, we help you rebuild a healthier relationship with food, your body, and yourself in a supportive, non-judgmental space.

  • Talk therapy provides a space to explore thoughts, emotions, and life experiences in a supportive environment. This foundational approach helps build insight, process challenges, and develop strategies for navigating everyday life.

  • ERP is a highly effective behavioral therapy used to treat anxiety and obsessive-compulsive patterns. Through gradual exposure and skill-building, ERP helps reduce avoidance behaviors and empowers you to respond differently to distressing thoughts and situations.

  • FBT is an evidence-based approach for adolescents with eating disorders that actively involves caregivers in the recovery process. Parents are supported in helping restore healthy eating behaviors while clinicians provide guidance and structure.

  • DBT focuses on building skills to manage emotions, tolerate distress, and improve relationships. It is especially helpful for individuals who experience intense emotions and are looking to develop healthier coping strategies.

  • CBT helps identify and shift unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors. By developing more balanced thinking and practical coping skills, CBT supports meaningful and lasting change.
