Gina is a licensed clinical social worker specializing in eating disorders, body image concerns, trauma/PTSD, and anxiety disorders. With over 8 years of experience, she works with adults and young adults navigating co-occurring conditions and maladaptive coping patterns, including self-harm and self-sabotage.
She is committed to Health At Every Size® (HAES®) principles and takes a collaborative, multidisciplinary approach—working alongside psychiatrists, medical providers, and dietitians to support whole-person care. Gina is a relational, non-judgmental therapist who values strong connections while gently challenging clients to grow.
Her background includes work in psychiatric PHP programs, eating disorder treatment, residential care for traumatic brain injuries, and alternative school settings. She is EMDRIA certified, trained in EMDR Levels 1 & 2 and R-TEP, and is currently a Facilitator-in-Training through The Center for Excellence in EMDR Therapy.
Outside of work, Gina enjoys running, spending time with her family, relaxing at the beach, and being with her miniature dachshund, Wally.

Rachael Berman, LICSW

Rachael is a licensed clinical social worker with nearly 8 years of experience, specializing in eating disorders, body image concerns, identity development, and interpersonal challenges. She is passionate about helping clients process the impact of anti-fat bias and supporting fat acceptance through a compassionate, inclusive lens.
Her experience spans multiple levels of care, including eating disorder PHP and IOP programs, as well as outpatient psychotherapy. She also works with individuals navigating anxiety and co-occurring conditions and is a Health At Every Size® (HAES®) provider who emphasizes self-compassion in her work. Rachael is currently completing EMDR Level 1 and Level 2 Basic Training through the Center of Excellence in EMDR Therapy.
Rachael takes a thoughtful, collaborative approach, helping clients build insight, strengthen relationships, and move toward a more aligned and fulfilling life. She holds a Bachelor’s degree from Mount Holyoke College and a Master’s in Clinical Social Work from Simmons University.
In addition to her clinical work, she provides supervision to social workers pursuing licensure and supports Flourish therapists with case consultation and ongoing guidance.
Outside of sessions, Rachael enjoys rainy days with a good book and planning her next travel adventure.

Courtney specializes in working with individuals navigating eating disorders, anxiety, depression, trauma, and OCD. She takes a compassionate, client-centered approach, meeting individuals where they are and supporting them in building meaningful, personalized goals. Courtney emphasizes that numbers do not define a person and works to help clients develop a healthier relationship with themselves.
Her work integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and traditional talk therapy to support clients in managing thoughts and emotions. Courtney is also trained in Level 1 EMDR through the Center of Excellence in EMDR.
Courtney has experience across residential and outpatient eating disorder treatment, as well as in community, school, and hospital settings, working with individuals and families facing a wide range of mental health challenges.
She earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from St. John Fisher College and her Master’s in Social Work from Roberts Wesleyan College.
Outside of work, Courtney enjoys spending time with family and friends, relaxing with her cat, and spending as much time as possible at the beach during the summer.

Kate is a licensed therapist who works with individuals, parents, and couples navigating anxiety, disordered eating, relationship challenges, and family dynamics. Kate has extensive experience treating a range of eating disorders, including ARFID, and often utilizes a Family-Based Treatment (FBT) approach. She also works closely with parents, offering a supportive space to process and better navigate their child’s eating disorder or mental health challenges.
Her background includes work in elementary school settings, counseling environments, and adolescent PHP and IOP eating disorder programs. Kate holds a degree in Human Development from Colby College and a Master’s in Counseling Psychology from Lesley University.

Lizzie specializes in treating eating disorders, anxiety, and depression, with a strong focus on working with adolescents and families. She utilizes Family-Based Treatment (FBT) whenever possible, an evidence-based approach that is less commonly offered in outpatient settings. Lizzie practices from a Health at Every Size (HAES) perspective and values a collaborative approach to care, regularly coordinating with prescribers, dietitians, and primary care providers to support each client holistically.
She has experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families across a range of settings, including public elementary and middle schools, an inpatient eating disorder unit, and most recently, a PHP and IOP program focused on adolescent and family-based treatment.
Lizzie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Psychology (summa cum laude) from Gordon College and a Master’s in Clinical Social Work with a Children, Youth, and Families concentration from Boston College School of Social Work, where she also earned a certificate in Trauma Studies.

Marina specializes in working with adults (18+) navigating complex trauma, borderline personality disorder (BPD), self-harm behaviors, OCD, anxiety, depression, and experiences of dysphoria that often underlie eating disorders.
Her approach integrates a Health at Every Size (HAES) philosophy with a deep understanding of intersectionality and the sociocultural influences on the body. Marina incorporates Dance/Movement Therapy into her work, grounded in the belief that movement can be a powerful tool for healing and reconnecting with yourself.
Marina is passionate about helping clients navigate stressors, develop a more compassionate relationship with themselves, and move toward a more fulfilling life. She brings both humor and empathy into sessions, while gently challenging the patterns that keep clients feeling stuck.
She has extensive experience in eating disorder treatment, including three years as a therapist in a residential setting, where she also served as a Lead Therapist, and clinical work at the Eating Disorder Center of Boston (PHP/IOP). Marina has also worked as a Dance/Movement Therapist and ERP Coach at McLean Hospital’s OCD Institute.
Her additional experience includes work with Perkins School for the Blind, Dancing for Parkinson’s, and consulting on a Harvard University thesis focused on youth mental health. She is trained in Level 1 EMDR and has contributed to research at Boston Children’s Hospital in both ARFID and Sports Medicine.

Ella provides compassionate, evidence-based therapy for individuals of all ages navigating eating disorders, anxiety, and depression. She understands that eating disorders can be deeply isolating and is passionate about helping clients reconnect with community, including rebuilding a relationship with food in social settings.
Her approach is holistic and humanistic, addressing both the psychological and physical impacts of eating disorders. Ella works with individuals across identities and is a member of the LGBTQ+ community. She also supports caregivers, parents, partners, and families, recognizing that eating disorders affect not only the individual, but those around them.
Grounded in Positive Psychology, Ella brings an optimistic and strengths-based perspective to her work. She believes each client has inherent strengths to build upon and incorporates humor, warmth, and honesty into sessions to support meaningful progress.
Ella holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Education from Bates College and a Master’s in Social Work from Boston College. She is a certified member of the Academy of Eating Disorders and has extensive experience across higher levels of care, including McLean Hospital, Walden Behavioral Care, and Monte Nido.
